Nava Bharat (Singapore) Pte. Limited, a subsidiary of Nava Bharat Ventures Limited, has signed a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement on 18th December, 2009 in Lusaka for acquiring 65% equity stake in Maamba Colleries Limited, Zambia
